Fees as low as $10.00

We have been providing Notarial Services since 1965. 

We're competitive, we'll beat any written rate by 10%.

As Lawyers and Notary Publics we can administer oaths and certify copies of documents including passport applications, statutory declarations, affidavits, deeds, powers of attorney, copies of birth certificates, diplomas etc.

Documents that are witnessed under oath are notarized or commissioned to deter fraud and to ensure they are properly executed. As an impartial witness we, as Notaries and Commissioners, identify the signers to screen out impostors and to make sure they have entered into agreements knowingly, willingly and have given their oath as to the veracity of the contents.

In order to identify you, we will ask to see two pieces of current identification, with a photograph, physical description and signature. A driver’s license, citizenship card and/or passport will usually be acceptable.

First oath commissioned by a notary public: $59.00

Per permanent resident card application (includes certification of applicant's photo, declaration in lieu of guarantor and certification of documents that support the applicant's identity): $99.00

Consent to Travel Document

Drafting and notarization of consent to travel document for when a child is traveling without one or both parents: $79.00


The fees quoted above reflect the cost per commission or notarization and not the cost per page or document. For example, if a page or document requires two notarizations then a charge will be levied for two notarizations.
