This website is privately operated, and therefore, the operators reserve the right to reject any listing as they see fit for any reason in their sole discretion without explanation and without notice.

This website provides listings for law firms, attorneys and lawyers under the Lawyers/Attorneys/Law Firm Listings pages. The payment of the premium listing fee that is current at the time of the placement of the ad entitles the payer to the placement of a single advertisement for one website at one url address, one contact person and one email address on one page of this website only and for the term of one year only. The listing fee is subject to any adjustment and increase as the operator may in its sole discretion carry out. Payers of listings that are accepted and placed on the page of the city closest to the location described in the listing form, shall not be entitled to any refund. Payment of the listing fee is a recurring billing. This may be stopped at anytime, however, should the payment already be processed, there will be no refund. The listing may be removed by the operators upon the expiry of the one year period following the last payment of the listing fee. We have no obligation to remove any ad once it is listed for any reason. Once a paid listing is removed, for any reason, the payer is not entitled to a free listing, except in the operator's sole discretion. The operators of this website shall in their sole discretion decide where the placement of that ad shall be. It is intended that all ads be placed on pages that are designed to reflect the locale closest to the address provided. Should the payer have multiple office addresses, email addresses or websites, then payment of the fee is required for each additional office address, contact persons, email addresses and weblinks.

This website does not provide links to law firms without their own unique website. We do not link to webpages that are part of another search engine or link provider. For example, we will not link to

www.anotherlinkhostingwebsite.com/yourwebpage.htm

For more certain clarity, your listing must be of the following form, for example

www.mywebsite.com, unless within your firm's website you wish to have the link to your own personal page on your own firm's website. This is acceptable.

An example would be www.mywebsite.com/mypersonalbiopage.htm

Again, we reserve the right to reject any link for any reason.

Redirecting links are not acceptable.

Dead links are not acceptable.

Free listings are exactly that. We have no obligation to provide them and do so only as a courtesy, in the form that we see fit. We reserve the right to remove them at any time or discontinue providing this free service, without notice to you.
